How Grounding Works at Home
The mat connects to the ground port through a specialized grounding cord. One end connects to the mat through the snap connection, while the other end connects to a grounded outlet, safety adapter, or grounding rod. Once connected, the mat acts as an indoor extension of the earth connection for work and relaxation.

Can you wear socks on a grounding mat?
Yes, but direct skin contact is generally more effective. If socks are preferred, thin natural-fiber socks are recommended.

Yes. The grounding mat does not operate on electricity; it connects to the grounding path. Unplug it when moving, cleaning or storing the product.
